Ayder, which is the most popular center of Rize today, is located 19 km southeast of Çamlıhemşin District. With an altitude of 1218 m, it is within walking distance of Gürgendibi and Gelintülü Waterfalls, which flow meters high in the sound of Fırtına Creek, and is the transition point of many other places worth seeing. It is the starting point of climbing to the Kaçkar Mountains from the north. There are many accommodation options on the plateau, from bungalows to typical plateau house concepts, from family pensions to hotels. The plateau, where all kinds of infrastructure services have been completed, looks like a tatai town. In addition to its rich flora and fauna, it is also famous for its hot spring, right in the middle of pine forests and Kaçkar landscape. Ayder Honey is also one of the delicacies that should be tasted in the plateau.
